These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program operated by OfficeSimple LLC ("TimeSimple," "we," "our," or "us"), 739 Mermaid Avenue, Pacific Grove, CA 93950. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
TimeSimple operates a transactional SMS program that delivers operational notifications related to your use of the platform — including clock-in and clock-out confirmations, timekeeping replies and weekly hour summaries, meal and rest break questions required by state law, reminders about missed clock-ins and clock-outs, supervisor approval requests and status updates, and account alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts: when your employer adds you and you reply to the welcome text, when you text our number first to clock in or send your hours, on our opt-in page, or during account setup. The disclosure you agree to reads:

Messages are delivered through third-party carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
U.S. mobile numbers are supported. You must be the account holder or authorized to use the number you provide. Landlines and VoIP numbers may not receive messages reliably.
